DAAD Event: “Networking and Exchange — German and Mexican Universities”

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is hosting a networking event on November 8, 2026, at its Mexico City office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (CST) with representatives from German and Mexican universities as well as other public and private institutions in the fields of higher education, science, technology, and innovation.

Principals and academic advisors from German schools in Mexico are also invited to this event.
The goal is to facilitate a space for networking and exchange between German and Mexican Universities to discuss common challenges and explore new opportunities of academic and scientific collaboration. 

The University Alliance (UA Ruhr) is participating in the meeting to discuss potential partnerships in the areas of academic exchange and scientific collaboration. Another goal of the UA Ruhr at this networking event is to recruit new students from German schools. The UA Ruhr comprises Ruhr University Bochum (RUB), TU Dortmund University, and the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE). The alliance also operates joint research facilities.
