Our Liaison Office supports students, researchers and young entrepreneurs from the scientific community in establishing initial contacts with potential partners, universities and start-up or innovation centres in the Ruhr Area or in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Presentations and lectures
The UA Ruhr Latin America Liaison Office team regularly participates in information events for those interested in studying and researching, as well as in scientific events.
At these events, our team presents the UA Ruhr and its study, research, and career opportunities to attract students, researchers and young entrepreneurs from the scientific community to the alliance. Our team also facilitates new collaborations between universities in the Ruhr region and countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Events and delegation visits
Another key function of our Liaison Office is to support the organisation of workshops, meetings and conferences with strategic partners to raise awareness of the University Alliance Ruhr and its opportunities and promote scientific cooperation. We also participate in scientific and career events organised by various institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean.
