Study and Research opportunities in Germany - DAAD Online Event in Brazil

The UA Ruhr Latin America Liaison Office will once again participate in the online information event “DAAD Open Windows (DAAD de Janelas Abertas)”, organized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Rio de Janeiro.

This year, eight German institutions will provide information on study and research opportunities in Germany, as well as on scholarships and research funding programs. In addition to the UA Ruhr, represented by Marcio Weichert, participants include representatives of the German Research Foundation (DFG) as well as other universities, among them the University of Münster and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Following the event, the audience will have the opportunity to get individual advice and to ask questions.

The event will take place on August 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. (BRT) and will be conducted in Portuguese. Participants can watch the presentations by the institutions (5:00–6:40 p.m.) on the DAAD Brazil YouTube channel. After the broadcast, a link to the Webex platform will be provided for discussions with representatives of the participating institutions.
